1. Access Data and Hosting

You can visit our website without providing personal data. Each time you access our website, the web server automatically stores a so-called server log file, which documents, for example, your IP address, the date and time of access, the amount of data transferred, and the requesting provider, in order to ensure comfortable use and for administrative purposes such as system security. To detect attacks, non-anonymised IP addresses are stored for a maximum of seven days. They are then irreversibly anonymised. Customers can only view IP addresses in permanently anonymised form. The legal basis for data processing is Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. f GDPR. Our legitimate interest arises from the purposes of data collection listed above. Under no circumstances will the data collected be used by us to draw conclusions about your identity. No permanent cookies are used, and we do not transmit the aforementioned server log files of visitors to our website to third parties.

2. Data Collection and Use for Contract Processing

We only collect personal data if you provide it to us when making contact (e.g. by e-mail). We also collect personal data if you provide it to us in the context of a request for a quotation, order or order processing, as we necessarily require the data for the performance or processing of the contract in these cases. We use the data you provide exclusively in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. b GDPR. Your personal data will only be passed on with your express consent and insofar as this is necessary for the processing of contractual relationships.

3. Contact Options and Your Rights

With regard to the personal data concerning you, you have the right to information about the processing of your personal data carried out by us, the right to rectification, completion or erasure, the right to restriction of processing, the right to object to processing and the right to data portability in a common, readable format. If you wish to object to a specific use of your data, please contact us directly using the contact details in our legal notice. If you wish to exercise your right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, you can generally do so at your usual place of residence.

4. Payment processing via Stripe

When you purchase goods on sinabis.com, we use the payment provider Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd., 1 Grand Canal Street Lower, Grand Canal Dock, Dublin, Ireland. As part of payment processing, we transmit your name, e-mail address, and payment and order data to Stripe. The legal basis is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR, as the processing is necessary for the performance of the purchase contract. This may involve the transfer of data to Stripe Inc. in the United States, based on EU standard contractual clauses or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. Further information can be found in Stripe's privacy policy at https://stripe.com/de/privacy.
