Terms of sale
These terms of sale apply to all orders placed by consumers and businesses on sinabis.com with Sinabis GmbH.
1. Scope
These terms apply to the sale of goods through the website sinabis.com. They apply to both consumers and businesses, except where a distinction is made between customer groups below.
2. Formation of contract
The presentation of products on sinabis.com does not constitute a legally binding offer, but a non-binding invitation for the customer to place an order. By submitting an order, the customer makes a binding offer. The contract is formed once we confirm the order or once payment has been successfully processed through our payment provider, Stripe.
3. Prices and payment
All prices stated include statutory value added tax, plus shipping costs. Payment is processed through Stripe Payments Europe Ltd. The payment methods offered at the time of the order apply.
4. Delivery
Delivery is within Germany. The estimated delivery time is stated on the respective product page and is typically three to five business days after receipt of payment.
5. Retention of title
The delivered goods remain the property of Sinabis GmbH until paid in full.
6. Warranty
The statutory warranty applies. Claims for defects are governed by statutory provisions.
7. Right of withdrawal
Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal. Details can be found in our right of withdrawal notice.
8. Dispute resolution
We are neither willing nor obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board within the meaning of section 36 of the German Consumer Dispute Resolution Act (VSBG).
9. Governing law
The laws of the Federal Republic of Germany apply, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. For consumers, this applies only insofar as it does not conflict with mandatory provisions of the law of their habitual residence.
